Vishal Shah is the Chief Development Officer of Proud Moments and has close to 20 years of strategy experience helping large organizations drive growth and build deeper, more collaborative partnerships. After earning his Ph.D. in clinical research, Vishal spent 5+ years with McKinsey and Co. advising clients across the healthcare, financial, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries on how to effectively enter new markets and capture value from mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Proud Moments, Vishal spent 10 years at DaVita, leading the Business Development team to form dozens of successful joint-venture relationships, value-based care arrangements and clinical partnerships as well as to complete several acquisitions of dialysis providers in the Northeast US. As a parent of a child on the Autism spectrum, Vishal is personally and deeply committed to Proud Moments’ mission to support families and help children with ASD attain their fullest potential.
