Proud Moments celebrates diversity and serves families in a wide range of languages. When a family comes to Proud Moments at the point of intake, one of our Care Advocates talks with the family. During this time, we are able to determine the family’s primary speaking language.. Our coordinators will assess to see if we have any BCBAs that are fluent speaking the specific language of the family that availability to provide services to that client. If we do not have a BCBA fluent in that language, we will look into translation services for the family. We also work with a translation agency to translate marketing materials when needed into the appropriate language.
