Her healthcare industry experience includes physician practice management, for-profit hospitals, and hospital outsourced services. As a partner at Ernst and Young, she also spent 12 years serving private equity and healthcare organization clients evaluating buy and sell side opportunities and integrating acquisitions. Rosemary is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She received a BS in Business Administration and an MBA.
