Mark Bastarache is the Chief Operating Officer of Proud Moments and has over 20 years of high volume, multi-site location management. Before Proud Moments, Mark worked for organizations focused on expert services and retail healthcare. During his time at CVS Mark grew his scope, with his final role as a Divisional Vice President of Operations where he oversaw the operations of 1,100 locations in complex markets from New York to Maryland. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
